How to Order Custom Ornaments - A Step by Step Guide

There are a lot of choices when it comes to ordering our custom ornaments. Hopefully this overview will make it easier for you to order if you have questions. Of course, you can ALWAYS contact us at shop@tartanhaberdashery.com. 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CUSTOM ORDER Ornament?

Custom order ornaments ship within a week--there's typically a faster turnaround with longer times during the holiday season (October - December).

 

WHEN CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM ORNAMENT?

Orders can be submitted at any time. I work year round in the shop!

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED when I order a custom ornament? 

  • a customized ornament in the style, design + colors you choose.
  • a strawberry crate that keeps your ornament safe in transit.
  • a carefully packaged (and wrapped in clear cello bags) ornament ready to give.

 

WHERE WILL I SELECT ALL OF THE CUSTOM ORNAMENT DETAILS?

As you add the ornament you've selected to the shopping cart, you will fill out all of your personalized choices. Those include:

  • ribbon: select which ribbon you would like.
  • ornament color or shape: select the color of glass ball ornament OR the porcelain ornament shape you would like.
  • text color: what color would you like the text to be written in.
  • full text: a text box to enter the full text of your ornament; write out the FULL TEXT (even if you think it is obvious).
  • other notes: enter any other notes in this box if needed.

 

 

    A description of the PROCESS, once ordered: 

    1. When your custom order is received, I will examine all of your choices on the order form. If I am confused OR if you've asked me to contact you, I will at that time.
    2. The ornament is created according to your custom color and style choices. 
    3. The ornament is prepared for shipping and then shipped.

     

    Questions about the Custom Quote Ornaments:

    There is not a set character count limit on the custom quote ornaments. If you are interested in one of these ornaments and want to know if your desired text will fit, simply send us a message and I can verify for you prior to purchase if it will work and if it won't, I'll tell you what will:)
