As the button size decreases, the amount of the tartan plaid on each button surface will also decrease. For sets with the same tartan design, each button will be made from that specific print, but may not be identical due to the large scale of the design. Keep in mind that a button surface can only display a limited portion of a plaid, with larger buttons showing more of the design and smaller buttons showing less.
