The adult size has a circumference of 19 inches (unstretched) and a total height of 10 inches (unstretched, flat). Our ready to ship hats have already been made and go through a washing and blocking process for optimal shape and quality. If you choose to add a pom pom, I will attach it before sending it off to you.
